JACK CARLSON

Jack Carlson, real life brother of Steve and Jeff Carlson, was slated to play Jack Hanson, when he was called up by the WHA's Edmonton Oilers. That's when Dave "Killer" Hanson, who was in the role of Dave "Killer" Carlson stepped in.

Although Jack missed his chance of movie stardom, he went on to have a successful hockey career with the WHA's New England Whalers and the NHL's St. Louis Blues and Minnesota North Stars.
